Two Masters of the Teppanyaki Craft

The chef duo bring their combined experience to Chisana Nami.

A teppanyaki specialist, Chef Panumas Chaisalee refined his craft across leading restaurants in London, Liverpool, Vietnam, and Khao Lak, earning national recognition as the winner of Iron Chef Vietnam in 2012.

Chef Jaruwan Leangsuksakon, known as Chef Lhee, began her culinary path at Nami Teppanyaki Steakhouse after starting in front-of-house service. Her engaging presence, technical skill, and passion for live cooking quickly made her a guest favorite,  a spirit she now brings to every teppan experience at Chisana Nami.
