Two Masters, One Teppanyaki

A teppanyaki specialist, Chef Panumas Chaisalee honed his craft at leading restaurants in London, Liverpool, Vietnam, and Khao Lak, earning national recognition as the winner of Iron Chef Vietnam in 2012.

Chef Jaruwan Leangsuksakon, known as Chef Lhee, began her culinary journey at Nami Teppanyaki Steakhouse after starting in front-of-house service. She brings an energetic presence to every teppan experience at Chisana Nami.
